The Heritage Swim & Tennis is a private facility offering family fun during the summer season and beyond. Adult clinics, private lessons, year-round-school track-out  and summer camps are offered by RDUTennis and member open play is encouraged on the lighted courts.

Swim facilities include two junior-size Olympic pools. The Heritage View Pool features a lazy river, water dome, in-water seating,  and zero-sloped entry in addition to spacious decking. The Heritage Lake Pool features a figure-eight water slide, playground, full-service grill and a 10-lane lap pool – the perfect place for the Heritage Beta Swim Team to prepare for competition or to allow your little ones to let off steam and enjoy the day. 

Swim lessons are offered in options to suit everyone's needs - private, age appropriate, parent/child, group. With Dive-In Movies and Summer Holiday parties on the calendar - this is sure to be a summer to remember!

The Heritage View Pool and Lake Pool both offer rental areas to Members for parties during normal operating hours and on Saturday evenings.

The Heritage View Clubhouse is a banquet rental facility available
to Members and non-members.
